Delivery Costs & Lead Time

Delivery is FREE for orders over £39.99 with standard shipping*

We offer two other delivery methods for UK customers:

Standard Delivery: 2-4 Working days: £2.99

Royal Mail 48: Tracked 24-48hr delivery (Orders placed after 12pm are collected the next working day): £6.99

These apply to all UK Mainland orders. For all Ireland related orders delivery is charged at £9.99.

All orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail or via the Home Delivery Network, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

*Please note that certain items such as Salon Furniture and Electrotherapy Equipment are delivered directly from our suppliers and the lead times for these items vary. The average lead times are as follows:

An item is missing from my order

Sometimes we don’t send everything you’ve ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

I have received a faulty item

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.

If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!

Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way.

Our Warehouse team works around the clock so you could receive the email in the day or the night.

From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. You can track most orders by logging into your IMyselfandMe account.

If your product is out of stock?

Unfortunately we may be out of stock of a specific item but we will inform you of this and once the stock is with us we will have it out to you ASAP, this should be no longer than 7-10 working days.

How do I return my unwanted products?

If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email support@imyselfandme.com prior to sending your parcel back. We accept returns on all standard orders, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item back.

If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense). In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any grooming, cosmetic or electrical products once the security or hygiene tag/seal has been removed, or if they show signs of use unless the items are faulty.

Salon Furniture Return Policy:

As most of our salon furniture is hand made to order, it cannot be returned once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm every order before placing in order to give you a chance to cancel. If you discover a fault with your item or want to return, we are available to assist this process. All genuine faults will either be refunded or replaced once these have been confirmed. Non hand made items are eligible for a standard return but these need to be confirmed before hand. We are always willing to help long after the purchase date to ensure you are fully satisfied with everything you purchase.
